Permanent Eyeliner can shape and define the eyes, either naturally or dramatically. For a purely natural look, Laura Rappoport RN at MPi Clinic can apply a lash enhancement that makes the lashes look darker and fuller. This process involves applying color directly into the lash line, in between the lashes and can be done on both the upper and lower lids. Permanent eyeliner can be done in combination with the lash enhancement and is the placement of pigment above the lash line on the upper lids or below the lash line on the lower lids. The subtle combination of a lash enhancement and eyeliner creates a spectacular look.
